Returns and Refund
Returning your product
On our website we try to provide you with as much information about our products as possible. However, if a product does not live up to your expectations you can always return it to us within seven working days after receipt. Please state the reason why you wish to return the product to us. The term of approval shall take effect on the day your ordered product is delivered to the delivery address you stated in your order.
The costs for returning a product are always at the expense of the client.
The following conditions apply when returning a product:
a) Before returning your order, please fill in the return form completely and send it back with your return package
b) We only accept products that are returned in their original delivery condition, i.e. unworn and unwashed, with original labels attached and in original packing;
c) Please include the packing list in your return package;
d) Put the return sticker on the old delivery address on the original package. Any returning costs are at your own expense. Make sure you send back the package fully prepaid. Incomplete or understamped return packages shall not be accepted by
BPC Amersfoort B.V. and shall therefore not be paid back to you;
e) Discount products CANNOT be exchanged or returned. You are always informed of this when you purchase a discount product on our website;
f) if we feel that the returned product has decreased in value we are allowed to settle this loss of value with the sum to be paid back to you.
We only accept returned products that have been reported to us through our website in the manner described above and of which the instructions, which were provided when you reported your product on our website, have been followed. Returned products that have not been returned within the stated period of time shall not be accepted.
The sum of the returned products shall after deduction of shipping expenses and/or settlement of any loss in value be paid back to you as soon as possible but always within 30 days.
